The Lawer production features a series of high quality accessories and devices, designed for usage in harsh working conditions, made from the best possible materials available on the market, which are capable of offering maximum reliability in duration and time.

AF - AP ASPIRATION FILTERS

The aspiration filters series AF and AP, are entirely manufactured with stainless steel type AISI 304 and are specifically designed for use in aggressive environments.

DUST REMOVAL FILTERS Series AF
Particularly suitable for aspirating and removing dye dust, these filters are equipped with centrifugal aspirator and dual filter for capturing airborne dust particles up to 1 µ.

I Filters Series AF are produced in four different models:

• AF-R/15 capacity 1500 Ncm/h, filtered air is released back to the environment  
• AF-C/15 capacity 1500 Ncm/h, with flange to convey filtered air externally
• AF-R/30 capacity 3000 Ncm/h, filtered air is released back to the environment  
• AF-C/30 capacity 2000 Ncm/h, with flange to convey filtered air externally

Optionally all models are equipped with swivel wheels and pantograph type aspiration pipe.

SELF CLEANING FILTER Series AP
Designed for removing airborne dye dust particles, are equipped with a series of cartridge filters, timed compressed air cleaning system, dust collecting hopper flange and manual discharge valve.

The cartridge filters have a surface allowance of 35 sq.m. and are capable of handling up to 1500 cm/h of air/dust, with residual emission of 5mg/cm. 

The Filters Series AP are produced in two different models:

• AP-TOP/15 capacity 1500 Ncm/h, without aspirator, for storage tank installations
• AP-C/15 capacity 1500 Ncm/h, with centrifugal aspirator.

Optionally all models can be equipped with a pneumatic discharge valve, which automatically discharges dust from the hopper.
