Automatic Color kitchen DYEMATIC/S allows the highest automation level that modern technology can offer. Color dyestuff is automatically weighed by the Supercolor in special buckets and handled by the MSA robot which transfers the recipes to the MGS store or to the dissolvers DBS and DTS, which convey the solutions to the dyeing machines through the "Lawer Monopipe" distribution lines.The Lawer LEIMS software, connected to the dyehouse computer system, manages the integrated color kitchen by synchronizing the processes according to the production schedule.
