Automatic color kitchen DYEMATIC/M is based on a high level of automation, reducing manual labour to weighing operations only. The recipes are weighed by the operator on the Rotary Store MR, with the help of the check weight DOS-Control software.The buckets containing the weighed recipes, are loaded onto the Dyematic system, which automatically performs all storage operations, (MGS), bucket handling (MSA), dissolving (DBS-DTS) and forwarding to the dyeing machines through the "Lawer Monopipe" distribution line. Dyematic/M can be combined to the Supercolor, to create a fully automatic color kitchen. The Lawer LEIMS software, connected to the dyehouse computer system, manages the integrated color kitchen by synchronizing the processes according to the production schedule.
