Semi-automatic Color kitchen

This plain version of the Lawer color kitchen enables flexibility and efficiency to match the needs of today's modern industrial dye houses.

Dyestuff is manually weighed on the Rotary Store MR, with the help of the DOS-Control software, which guides the process with accuracy.

The operator then inserts the weighed recipe into the STK, unit , which dissolves the dyestuff in timed operations and temperature control. The dissolved solution is transferred to the dyeing machines through the "Lawer Monopipe" distribution line.

The Lawer LEIMS software, communicates with the dye house computer system and supervises the integrated managerial system of the color kitchen, synchronizing the above mentioned processes according to the dye house scheduled program.
