Powder dyestuff weighing and dissolving system
for laboratory and sampling

TD-MATIC can operate both independently or in combination with the TD-LAB laboratory dispensing system.
This fully automated system performs the following operations:

• Weighs small and micro quantities of powder dyestuff
• Dissolves dyes and prepares the liquid solutions
• Dispenses dissolved dyes to the dyeing machines (laboratory, sampling or production)

The TD-MATIC system is suitable for the following operations:
• Automatic preparation of the standard solutions (gr/l ratios) used on the TD-LAB system
• Preparation of dye baths for laboratory machines (eg. foulards)
• Recipe preparation for dyeing machines, sampling and/or small quantities for the preparation of minimum lots
