Color dyestuff dissolver

The DBS station, combined with the DYEMATIC/S or DYEMATIC/M, plant, allows automatic dissolving operations for small/medium quantities of powder dyestuff and solution transfer to the dyeing machines.

Each dissolving cycle is carried out directly in the bucket which contains the dyestuff recipe.  

The MSA robot positions the bucket inside the DBS station, where the "bell" device (patented Lawer) starts the powder dyestuff dissolving cycle without creating dust clouds, therefore ensuring clean and hygienic working conditions.

The dissolved color solution is then fed to the dyeing machines through the "Lawer Monopipe" distribution line.

At the end of each cycle an efficient rinsing system cleans the DBS station and distribution line.
