Color dyestuff dissolver

The DTS station, combined with the DYEMATIC/S or DYEMATIC/M, plant, allows automatic dissolving operations for medium/large quantities of powder dyestuff and solution transfer to the dyeing machines.

Each dissolving cycle introduces a recipe, contained in a single bucket or divided into more buckets, directly into the dissolution tank.

The MSA robot positions each bucket on one of the two robotized arms, which by rotation pours the recipe into the DTS tank equipped with mobile lid which prevents dust being released into the environment.

The dissolved dyestuff is then transferred to the dyeing machines through the "Lawer Monopipe" distribution line.

At the end of each cycle an efficient rinsing system cleans the DTS station and distribution line.
