Powder dyestuff dissolver

The DTS/M station allows automatic dissolving operations for medium/large quantities of powder dyestuff and solution transfer to the dyeing machines.

For each dissolving cycle, dyestuff for the recipe is introduced into the DTS directly from commercial packages (25Kg cardboard boxes) or from the buckets. This operation is done by two robotized arms equipped with grippers for handling packages and buckets which by rotation pour the dyestuff into the DTS tank. The tank is equipped with a collapsible lid which prevents dust clouds forming thus providing a clean and safe working environment.

The dissolved dyestuff is then transferred to the dyeing machines through the "Lawer Monopipe" distribution line.

At the end of each cycle the rinsing system cleans the DTS and distribution lines perfectly.
