Powder dyestuff dissolving and dispensing system

STK is designed to automate operations such as powder dyestuff dissolving and solution transfer to the dyeing machines.

The operator introduces the weighed recipes into the STK tank, which will dissolve the dyestuff in perfect timing and temperature control.

The dissolved color solution is then fed to the dyeing machines through the "Lawer Monopipe" distribution line.

At the end of each cycle an efficient rinsing system cleans the STK dissolving tanks and distribution line perfectly.

The software, which can be linked to external recipe management systems for total process control, provides complete plant automation.
