Color dyestuff dissolving system

The DMA system is designed to automatically dissolve small/medium quantities of dyestuff using a minimum amount of water; each dissolving cycle is done directly inside the bucket which contains the recipe.

The operator positions the bucket inside the DMS station, where the "bell device" (patented Lawer) closes and starts the color dissolving cycle without releasing airborne dust into the atmosphere therefore ensuring perfect hygienic working conditions.

The system automatically controls water entry, heating and mixing time. At the end of the cycle the bell opens and the operator extracts the bucket containing the solution and starts the automatic rinsing procedure, the DMS is then ready for the next production cycle.
