Powder product dissolving system The DST-POL, designed for the solution preparation of powder chemical and auxiliary products, ensures a clean and hygienic working environment. Each product, previously weighed, is introduced into the DST-POL tank by the operator who controls the time and temperature settings before the DST_POL automatically starts the solution preparation. At the end of the cycle the dissolved product is transferred directly to the dyeing machines or to the storage tanks, connected to the Lawer automatic dosing systems DOS-CHEM or DOS-GRAV.When each cycle is finished an efficient rinsing system cleans the dissolving tanks and STK distribution line. |
