Powder dyestuff dosing and dissolving system (Salts)

Industrial processes can involve the use of powder chemical products, such as Chloride, Sulphate, Carbonate, Sodium hydrosulphite and similar products which cause workers the need to execute manual operations such as transport, dosage, solution making and dispensing to the use machines.

Silos-Dos automates all the above mentioned operations, ensuring maximum hygienic and safety conditions in the working environment.

The modular plant, can be equipped with storage silos and various types of loading devices and dispensers, according to the quantity   and characteristics of each product.

The dissolving tank, mounted on loading cells and complete with re-circulation pump, provides rapid and precise operations when preparing concentrated solutions, saturated or hyper-saturated, depending on the products used.

The tested "Lawer" distribution line, equipped with special valves and pipes in stainless steel Aisi316L, ensure rapid transfer of the dissolved products to the use machines.

The software, can be interfaced to external recipe and control systems and allows complete automatic plant functioning.
