Volumetric liquid chemical dispensing system

The DOS-CHEM system is designed for liquid products which are volumetrically measured by a high frequency sampling magnetic-inductive meter, which guarantees the maximum dosing accuracy.

The modular system, specific for conductible liquid products with viscosity up to 1000 cps. , which can be mixed and rinsed with water.

The tested "Lawer Monopipe" distribution line, equipped with special valves and pipelines in stainless steel Aisi316L, ensure high speed distribution of the products to the dyeing machines.

The dedicated software, interfaced with external computer systems for receiving and controlling processes, allows complete plant automation.

Optionally the Dos-Chem plant can be equipped with the DWR device, for automatic H2O volume reintegration of the finishing pad bath.
