Gravimetric metering system

The main function of the DOS-GRAV is based on gravimetric measuring of the products by means of dual-stage modular valves, products are dispensed to a storage tank placed on a high resolution electronic scale, which guarantees maximum dosing precision.

This modular system, designed for dosing low viscosity liquid products and non-conductible products, can be mixed and rinsed with water.

The tested "Lawer Monopipe" distribution line, equipped with special valves and pipelines in stainless steel Aisi316L, ensures high speed distribution of the products to the dyeing machines.

The software, can be interfaced to external systems in order to receive and control the finishing processes, allowing total plant automation.
