Volumetric dosing system for liquid products

The MULTIDOS system is designed for product and water solution preparation for the textile finishing processes.

The preparation station can be equipped with a maximum of 5 dosing pumps which withdraw the products directly from the commercial drums.

A flowmeter installed on the distribution line automatically controls the quantity of water needed for the volume control of the dispensed solutions.  

The monopipe distribution line, equipped with two way valves enables direct transfer of the dosed solutions to a maximum of 10 use machines.  

The control panel allows recipe data storage and manages the dosing and dispensing operations to the use machines.
