Control
machine for impurity detection on textile fibres
NEPS-TESTER is an efficient laboratory device for controlling
and counting impurities in woollen and cotton
textile fibres, specifically for fibre tapes produced
from processes such as carding, combing or the drawing frames
etc.
The drawing frame opens the fibres , making
it easier to detect impurities when using the
large rear-illuminated screen.
On the side of the screen 6 mechanical meters are installed
so that the operator can register the defects of the
fibre.
The device includes a command pedal and rheostat for
speed regulation and tape scrolling.
Optionally the NEPS-TESTER is equipped with an
extra mobile lens and annular
light contrast to detect black hairs.
