Automatic powder dyestuff weighing plant The Supercolor plant allows the highest automation and precision level for weighing small or large quantities of powder dyestuff, under clean and hygienic conditions as prescribed by international safety directives. The modular structure can host a series of containers ranging from 10 to 150, which store the products to be dispensed. Each container has a capacity of 150 litres and is equipped with the combined screw/vibration dispensing device, under which slides the computer controlled weigh trolley equipped with centesimal electronic scale and advanced hydraulic scale positioning system. Bucket movement is controlled by two automatic loading/unloading conveyers. The standard model of the Supercolor can be extended and integrated to the Dyematic/M and Dyematic/S, systems, for dyestuff dissolving and dispensing.The management software is prearranged in order to receive the recipes from external computer systems. |
