Powder dyestuff weighing and dissolving system

Dyeing processes which need to use large quantities of powder dyestuff, involve heavy and dangerous manual operations such as handling, weighing, dissolving and transfer to the dyeing machines.

Silos-Col is designed to automate the above mentioned operations ensuring a hygienic and safe working environment.

This modular system, can be equipped with storage silos capable of satisfying the daily consumption of dyestuff.

The dissolving tank, mounted on load cells and complete with dissolving devices, allows rapid and accurate preparation of the color solutions.

The tested distribution line "Lawer", equipped with special valves and pipes in stainless steel Aisi316L, ensures rapid transfer of the dissolved products directly to the dyeing machines.

The software which can be interfaced to external systems for reception and control of the processes, allows full plant automation.
