Gravimetric metering system for liquid products

This system, easy and essential, mainly designed for the use in the tanning industry, allows the dosage of 10 liquid water based products and conveys these products to a maximum of 10 dyeing machines.

The products are dosed by two way valves directly into the holding tank, mounted on loading cells.

At the end of each dosage operation a mixer blends the products for recipe uniformity.

The monopipe distribution line, equipped with pneumatic pump, valves and polypropylene pipes, allow recipe transfer directly to the destination tanks.

The control panel allows recipe data storage, dosage and dispensing management.
