Gravimetric Metering system for liquids and pastes

The main function of the DOS-GP is based on gravimetric measuring by means of dual-stage modular valves, which dose the products directly into mobile containers which can be of different sizes. The containers are automatically loaded onto the high resolution electronic scale which guarantees maximum dosing precision.

The modular type system, is particularly indicated for dosing liquids and pastes including viscous or non-conductible products.

The software can be interfaced to external systems for recipe transfer allowing total plant automation.
