Legislative Decree 196/03 ("The code in matters relating to the protection of personal data")

In terms of article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 ("The code in matters relating to the protection of personal data"), we advise you that the personal data furnished by you may be processed in compliance with the legislation under discussion.
The access to our internet pages presupposes the consent to the eventual collection and the treatment of the personal data, second the modalities described in the present informative.
The data will be entered into our accounting database and the processing of the data, which may take place using computer-based or paper instruments, will include all the operations or set of operations provided for in article 4 letter a) of Legislative Decree 196/03 and which are necessary for the processing in question.

We further advise you that in relation to the aforesaid data you may exercise the rights referred to in article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, namely request (if necessary) the updating, rectification or supplementation of the data, the elimination of the data that is no longer required to be preserved and the certification of the processing operations. You also have the right to oppose the processing of the data where legitimate reasons exist.
We advise you that it is not compulsory to furnish the data but your refusal to allow the processing could entail the impossibility of furnishing the requested services.
