IT TECHNICIAN

The candidate will be placed within the IT office in direct collaboration with the manager. You will be involved in the analysis, management and release of internal projects, including Microsoft ERP.
Main responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of IT consultants;
- Analysis and monitoring of business processes;
- Development and implementation of new applications or adaptation of existing ones;
- Management and coordination of IT development projects;
- Definition of processes, procedures and protocols in the IT field
- Technical support to internal users for the management of problems related to PCs, servers, networks, mobile devices and software applications;
- IT security management and implementation of data backup and recovery policies;
- Assistance in configuring and managing enterprise cloud devices and applications.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent qualifications;
- Skills in the field of computerized management of processes and documents;
- Good knowledge of management and coordination methodologies of multiple IT projects.
- Experience in the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, servers and network systems;
- Knowledge of business management software, database management, antivirus and backup systems;
- Good knowledge of the English language (preferred, but not essential);
- Ability to solve technical problems quickly and effectively.
