The figure will be responsible for managing and supporting daily administrative activities, ensuring the efficiency of the company's accounting and tax processes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management and recording of the general ledger, suppliers and customers;
  • Support in the preparation and control of periodic and annual financial statements;
  • Management of tax documents and company administrative practices;
  • Preparation of reports and reports for company management;
  • Management of communications with suppliers and customers in the administrative field;
  • Management of documentation relating to accounting and archiving of tax documents.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics or Administration;
  • Good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations;
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel and any management software for accounting;
  • Good organizational skills, precision and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Good stress management and ability to meet deadlines.
