The figure will be responsible for managing and supporting daily administrative activities, ensuring the efficiency of the company's accounting and tax processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Management and recording of the general ledger, suppliers and customers;
- Support in the preparation and control of periodic and annual financial statements;
- Management of tax documents and company administrative practices;
- Preparation of reports and reports for company management;
- Management of communications with suppliers and customers in the administrative field;
- Management of documentation relating to accounting and archiving of tax documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics or Administration;
- Good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations;
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel and any management software for accounting;
- Good organizational skills, precision and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Good stress management and ability to meet deadlines.
