Main responsibilities:
- Technical assistance to customers for the correct identification and selection of spare parts;
- Management of offers for spare parts and sending to the customer;
- Receiving, controlling and managing spare parts orders from customers and internal offices;
- Support for the management of returns, repairs and any non-conformities relating to spare parts;
- Collaboration with the technical team and the purchasing department to ensure the availability of spare parts on time.
Requirements:
- High school diploma in technical or similar fields;
- Experience, even brief, in a similar role (spare parts office, warehouse management, logistics, etc.);
- Good knowledge of the main warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications;
- Basic knowledge of customs and export regulations;
- Good communication and customer orientation skills;
- Precision, organization and ability to work independently;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
