Dosing and dispensing systems

Main responsibilities:

  • Technical assistance to customers for the correct identification and selection of spare parts;
  • Management of offers for spare parts and sending to the customer;
  • Receiving, controlling and managing spare parts orders from customers and internal offices;
  • Support for the management of returns, repairs and any non-conformities relating to spare parts;
  • Collaboration with the technical team and the purchasing department to ensure the availability of spare parts on time.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma in technical or similar fields; 
  • Experience, even brief, in a similar role (spare parts office, warehouse management, logistics, etc.);
  • Good knowledge of the main warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Basic knowledge of customs and export regulations;
  • Good communication and customer orientation skills;
  • Precision, organization and ability to work independently;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
