RESPONSIBILITIES
Development and implementation of various AI solutions / projects including:
- Technical support and after sales / assistance
- Process optimization
- Quality control
- Predictive maintenance
- Document management and knowledge management
- Production data analysis
- Collaboration in introducing new AI capabilities into the company's automation products and solutions
- Manage pilot projects, proof of concept and industrialization of the solutions developed
- Translating operational and business needs into technical requirements
- Collaborate in the analysis of business, technical and production processes to identify opportunities for AI application
- Support the internal adoption of AI tools, contributing to the dissemination of expertise and good practices
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Degree in Engineering (automation, computer science, electronics, mechanics, management or similar) or similar degrees;
- Solid programming foundation with Python or equivalent (3+ years)
- Practical experience in interface and developments with LLMs and modern AI tools — prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases and agent frameworks.
- Knowledge or work experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Data Analytics
- Good ability to understand industrial, production and automation processes
- Ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical, structured and result-oriented approach
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience adopting AI assistants for software/project development or team productivity tools
- Experience integrating data from different sources (APIs, databases, structured and unstructured data)
- Experience with computer vision for inspection or quality control
- Experience of MLOps/deployment (Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, model serving)
- Familiarity with industrial / OT environments (PLC, SCADA, MES, IIoT, OPC-UA).
