RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-architecture, management and maintenance of new IT-level ERP system
- Similar management and maintenance of PLM system
- Project management of PLM and ERP developments in direct contact with external consultants
- Ownership of the implementation and improvement of business processes in collaboration with technical / managerial figures of reference for various groups
- Development of dashboards, reports and tools to analyse critical data for various departments
- Direct and cross-cutting support to users
REQUIREMENTS / REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or related STEM disciplines
- 3+ years of work experience in contact with PLM / ERP (cloud-based preferably) – or at least one of the two systems
- Project management experience
- Solid analytical capabilities: translating business requirements into technical requirements
- Excellent organizational skills: project management and budgeting, management of multiple stakeholders
- High proactivity, resourcefulness and motivation to acquire a solid knowledge of the two systems and their functionalities
- Great interpersonal skills, clear communication
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of programming with SQL, Python and/or Javascript, Java, C/C++ or equivalent
- MS Business Central ERP Systems Implementation / Consulting Experience
- Implementation experience / PLM consulting Siemens Teamcenter
- Experience working with external consultants / developers
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
- Experience in PLM / ERP management in manufacturing industry:
- ERP interface management with production and MRP logic
- Logistics, warehouse management
- Quality control
